Bollywood actor Sunny Deol regrets his past feud with his Darr co-star Shahrukh Khan.
Gadar actor Sunny Deol shared a screen space with Shahrukh Khan in 1993 hit Darr. Back then, the Narsimha actor was more established compared to newcomer Shahrukh Khan. The Kal Ho Na Ho actor played an antagonist in the story. The Damini actor was the main lead opposite Juhi Chawla. As per the norms of the time, the main lead carried the centre stage. But destiny brought Shahrukh Khan into the limelight amid being the villain of the story.
Even makers went with the flow and promoted him focusing on profits. In this gave of monetary benefits, Sunny Deol felt left behind and ditched. Taken aback by the ignorance, he decided to never work with both Yash Chopra and Shahrukh Khan The feud continued for almost 19 years. But today a grown-up and far more mature Sunny Deol believes that his act to react overly on the matter was childish.
Even his decision to boycott Yash Chopra and Sunny Deol closed a few doors for him in the industry. Hence the Border actor regrets his past decisions and said that it should not have happened. When Sunny Deol’s latest blockbuster movie Gadar 2 entered the 500-crore club. Shahrukh Khan turned up to congratulate Sunny Deol on the success party. They posed together as best buddies for the Paparazzi.
Even Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan accompanied her husband to cheer for the star. Now Shahrukh Khan’s Jawan is growing high and making its way to enter the profit zone. Soon it is expected to join the 500 crore club as it is getting stronger on the silver screen. Hence when the celebrations start, the audience will expect some more together moments of the stars.
They both look great together and may share a screen space in the near future as both recently won the audience. Hence them collaborating on a good script might be in the future cards. Both Gadar 2 and Jawan are screening worldwide.
Shahrukh Khan has a line of projects coming in the near future. he is already finished with the shootings of Dunki. And, he has a special cameo in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3. After that, a special script for Tiger and Pathaan collaboration is on the way. Further, he left an open ending of Jawan leaving a scope of Part 2 for the audience. His Pathaan project also carries a heavy scope of getting converted to a series.
On the other hand, Sunny Deol is filming on two projects named Baap and Soorya. Along with focusing on his own filmography as an actor. He is also concentrating on his son Rajveer Deol’s career as a dotting father. Soon, his younger son as well will get his debut release Dono.
