Punjabi Music Industry in Peril: Gangster Threatens Geet MP3 Owner KV Dhillon with Chilling Audio Message
The Punjabi music industry finds itself under a dark cloud as gangsters increasingly target key figures. The latest victim of these threats is KV Dhillon, the owner of Geet MP3, one of the biggest production houses in the Punjabi music scene. Allegedly, Janta Kharar, an accomplice of terrorist Arsh Dalla, has issued a death threat to KV Dhillon.
An audio recording, now viral on social media, has sent shockwaves through the industry. In the recording, Janta accuses KV Dhillon of being involved in Sidhu Moosewala’s case, stating, “This is the same person who started threatening Sidhu Moosewala. Now he can pretend to be innocent, wear whatever mask he wants. Even though he went to Sidhu Moosewala’s house and cried, we know who he is, and so does he.”
The gangster’s chilling words further escalate the tension: “Go wherever you want, get all the protection you need, or even run abroad. When the time comes, we’ll act. It could take two years or five years, but we will get you.”
Despite the alarming nature of the threat, SHO Simarjit Singh of Police Station IT City, Mohali, has confirmed that no formal complaint has been filed yet. This revelation has left the Punjabi music industry shaken, particularly since Geet MP3 collaborates with over 25 star artists.
Geet MP3 Artists in the Spotlight
Geet MP3 has been home to a plethora of talented Punjabi singers, including Jas Manak, Deep Jandu, Bohemia, Divine, Hunar Singh Sandhu, Bada Grewal, Karan Randhawa, Harf Cheema, Zee Khan, Amrit Maan, Camby, and Jagjit Sandhu. With the company’s owner under threat, the safety concerns of these artists have heightened significantly.
Gangster Threats: A Growing Concern in Punjabi Music
This isn’t the first time the Punjabi entertainment industry has faced such threats. The connection between gangsters and the music industry has been a contentious topic, with the recent escalation raising fears of safety among artists and producers alike.
The alleged involvement of KV Dhillon in past controversies, particularly the accusations tied to Sidhu Moosewala, has only fueled the controversy. With tensions running high, fans and industry insiders are urging authorities to take swift action.
As the audio clip continues to circulate online, many are questioning the lack of a formal investigation and increased security measures. Will this threat lead to a deeper crackdown on gangster activity within the Punjabi music industry, or will it add to the growing list of unresolved cases? Only time will tell.
