Murder Mubarak is a mystery drama showing an elite atmosphere around the persons involved in the story. The cast of the film is a reasonable strain financially as the most expensive one is Sara Ali Khan. Altogether, Murder Mubarak is created on a budget of around 5 to 8 crores.

Storyline of Murder Mubarak

In Delhi, there’s this fancy elite club called the Delhi Royal Club. It’s super posh, and getting a membership there costs a ton of money. People wait for 20 years just to get in! It is a place where all the super-rich folks hang out.

But here’s the thing: behind all the fancy parties and expensive suits, there’s something dark lurking. A murder happened inside the club, and it’s got everyone talking. The victim was just a gym trainer, but his death has sparked a big investigation by the cops.

What’s really weird is that the rich club members don’t seem bothered by the murder at all. They’re more worried about making their social media posts about it look perfect. It’s like they’re living in a whole different world, full of love, secrets, jealousy, and all the stuff you’d see in a thriller movie.

Police take the investigation doubting all the characters. Karisma Kapoor is a B-grade actress pretending to be an A-lister, Sanjay Kapoor pretends to be rich but takes all the leftovers home pretending to help the needy and poor, Dimple Kapadia is as well a show-off artist with no skills, Tisca Chopra is a mother of a druggist son.

Review and rating

Murder Mubarak grabs your attention with an intriguing opening scene. As the investigation into the murder kicks off, you’re also treated to glimpses into the lives of the club’s members, showcasing the stark contrast between their public personas and their private realities. Each time a mask is peeled away, revealing the raw truth beneath, it serves as a poignant reminder of the complex nature of human identity. The suspense builds as the murder investigation unfolds, keeping you guessing right up until the final moments. It’s this nail-biting suspense that truly sets the film apart and keeps you hooked till the very end.

Both Sara Ali Khan and Karisma Kapoor are a delight to watch onscreen. They add worth to the characters. Their performances are commendable and worth lauds. Sanjay Kapoor brings that comedy in the plate pretending to live like a king. Both Tisca and Dimple get compelling characters. Vijay Varma is another good addition. And he with Sara brings a charm to the screens.

The story is both engaging and entertaining. Worth watching.
