The Bollywood movie Jawan is being welcomed by Indian audiences with wide arms.  It is a massive success bringing back the stardom of Pathaan actor. Shahrukh Khan looks refreshed, loaded with energy and unmatched prowess and mastery in acting. Every second of the film targets entertainment. Characters of the story are a big win as they smartly try to connect well with the audience emotionally. Shahrukh Khan fairly balances the roles of father and son.

Story of Jawan

The story starts with a badly injured stray getting treated by some tribal residents. He later rescues them from a local goon before leaving. Then he along with his team of 6 girls successfully kidnapped a rich tycoon’s daughter to get back the public’s money in a local train. After that, his team shoots a health minister in the arm to get the govt hospitals of the country with all the basic equipment stocked for treatment.

While he continues to plan and target badly in the society. His marriage with Narmada happens. Unaware Narmade marries a jailer Azad who is actually the conman in the case of kidnapping.  Immediately after they get married successfully unveil the look of the blackmailer. Kalie, the antagonist gets to know about the look. His goons get both of them stacked in their godown.

The real twist of the dual role is unveiled here. And the real Macho man comes in to rescue the newlyweds from the goons. He happens to be the father of Azad. And Azad is fighting to get back the respectful image of his army officer’s dad who he believes is killed by Kalie. Getting his dad back, Azad gets the biggest gift of his life. But Vikram Rathore lost his memory while fighting for his life against Kalie.

Then they both fight against Kalie and keep correcting society for justice. In the end, just before the climax, Vikram gets his memory back when Kalei’s gun stops working and it takes him back down memory lane. Finally, they kill Kalie the same way Azad’s mom had to lose her life.  

Deepika Padukone played the wife of Vikram Rathore and mother to Azad. And it is a strong supportive role. Sanjay Dutt plays a big cameo as a police officer trying to negotiate with Azad who poses as a kidnapper. Sunil Grover also plays a small antagonist cameo.

Budget of the movie

The whole of the movie is shot in India only. But all high-tech equipment, heavy lorries, and proper infrastructure were created to make the views as realistic as possible. Further, Altee used the best action sequences, and extensive visual effects were blended for more drama. Also, the majority of the star cast in the entertainer consists of famous Indian celebrities.

Scenes shot in heavily crowded areas, lots of material usage, guns, equipment, and camera tricks. Everything is added to make it a complete action thriller to entertain the audience. Further, the team left no stone unturned to get the best promotions. Altogether, this massive hit is made on a heavy budget of over 300 crores.

At the end

About a decade ago, Shahrukh Khan admired to bring Nayanthara to Bollywood. Additionally, Narmada’s character is a justice to her magnificent entry into Bollywood. Vijay Sethupathi is considered one of the finest actors in Kollywood. And his entry along with Nayanthara brings south footfall in theatres. 

Most importantly, it takes lots of time, resources, money and hard work to produce such entertainers. Also, making such films is important to keep the industry going and compete in the international market. Hence, it becomes a moral duty of the audience to watch it only through genuine sources, i.e. theatres or releasing partners. Otherwise, they can always wait for it to get a TV or OTT premiere. But using the wrong means is a ditch to their hard work.

We believe that Jawan has a Big moral to the story beyond entertainment and that is to write to vote and bring the right deserving candidates who will benefit the nation and public. Hence, if it turns into a blockbuster it will eventually raise awareness in netizens. For that special reason, we wish Jawan all the best.
