The Buckingham Murders is a crime thriller that stars Kareena Kapoor Khan in a completely new role. In The Buckingham Murders, she plays a British-Indian police officer who is still grieving the loss of her son while working on a case about the murder of a teenage boy in Buckinghamshire. This film is directed by Hansal Mehta, and it is Kareena’s first time as a producer, along with Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor.
Kareena’s acting in The Buckingham Murders is the best part of the film. She brings a lot of emotion to her role, making her character’s pain and struggle feel real. She is in almost 90% of the scenes in The Buckingham Murders, and her performance really stands out, showing her at her best.
However, The Buckingham Murders does have a few drawbacks. One issue is that the movie slows down at times when it focuses on other characters and takes the attention away from Kareena and the main case. Another issue is the language. Since about 80% of The Buckingham Murders is in British English, it might be hard for some Indian viewers to fully connect with the story.
