Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni finally were blessed with a baby Princess today morning
Ram Charan married his childhood friend, Upasana Kamineni on 14 June 2012. And since then the couple continued to give major couple goals to the public. In December last year, the RRR announced on social media that they both are expecting their first child.
Since Monday evening, Upasana was in hospital under the supervision of doctors for her delivery at Apollo Hospital Hyderabad.
Even Ram Charan’s father and Megastar Chiranjeevi expressed his joy over the news of the pregnancy in the past while the couple was enjoying the momentum. Moreover, the couple also celebrated many baby moons to make their journey to parenthood more memorable and celebrating. During the celebrations of RRR at the Oscars, Upasana joined her husband and the main lead of the team. The couple also threw another babymoon party for their near and dear ones in the US.
Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad confirmed the news of the birth stating that the couple Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni had a baby girl on Tuesday morning the 20th of June 2023 at their hospital. They also added that the mother and baby are doing well.
Since the news of the birth of the little princess is out congratulatory messages are pouring from all over. Chiranjeevi and his wife Sulekha followed the couple to the hospital as their daughter-in-law was in the last stage of her pregnancy. They met their first grandchild and Ram’s daughter in the hospital. And on the way back there was a smile full of joy and happiness on the faces of the grandparents. The Manchu Pallaki actor waved at the paparazzi and folded hands to greet everybody around before he sat in his car.
In a past interview, the lady love of Ram Charan’s life expressed her feelings and his reaction to the disclosure of news. She said that she is an exciting person who quickly tends to announce and celebrate. But Ram is calm and he used the same approach when he was informed about the news. He said don’t get too excited, then he went through all the testing and only after getting assured he celebrated it. And we believe the celebrations of the baby moon continued as they threw many parties for the same.
The new grandfather also tweeted welcoming his granddaughter to this world. He said,” Welcome Little Mega Princess” followed by 3 heart emojis. He then added,” You have spread cheer among the Mega family of millions on your arrival as much as you have made the blessed parents @AlwaysRamCharan & Upasanakonidela and us grandparents, Happy and Proud!!”. The message followed with two more happy emojis.
Jr NTR tweeted to congratulate the couple and welcomed them to the club of parenthood. There were also rumours taking around that both the friends from the south share a disturbed relationship after RRR. Jr NTR’s tweet puts a full stop to all such rumours. And they continue to be BFF of the tensile town of the south.
Another Megastar from Tamil, Allu Arjun Instagrammed stated,” Heartiest congratulations to my sweetest golden-hearted brother and my dearest kind-hearted lady for the precious new arrival. Super Happy for proud grandparents @chranjeevikonidela garu and Surekha garu. #megaprincess. The Pushpa actor also visited the couple along with his wife Sneha Reddy to welcome the mega princess and congratulate his first cousin Ram Charan.
Mahesh Babu, another big actor of the south and already a father also congratulated the couple on social media. He writes,” Big Congratulations @AlwaysRamCharan and @Upasanakonidela on the newest addition to your family! Welcome to parenthood.
The Theri actress, Samantha Ruth Prabhu also shared a picture of the couple on her Instagram page and wrote So so happy for both of you followed by three heart emojis. She also tagged the parents of the mega princess on her post. She also shared her desire to meet the little princess in her post.
For the unversed, Ram Charan was last seen in KKBKKJ with a short cameo appearance. Last year, his joint venture with Jr NTR RRR created a smashing history of success at the box office. After that, his solo film Acharya failed to impress the audience. And now the Dhruva actor is filming for, Game Changer. He will portray a dual character in the story. And the narrative is going to hit the theatres in 2024. Kiara Advani is on board to act opposite Ram Charan in the flick.
Upasana Kamineni, the new mother works as the vice-chairman of Apollo Charity. Moreover, she is also the Chief Editor of B Positive magazine. And, she is the granddaughter of Prathap C. Reddy, Founder and Executive Chairman of India’s first corporate hospital chain, Apollo Hospitals.
