Unaware of Khan’s celebrity status, Rana’s primary concern was to transport the injured passenger to Lilavati Hospital as swiftly as possible. Demonstrating remarkable humanity, Rana did not charge any fare for the ride, focusing solely on ensuring Khan received prompt medical care.
Following the widespread media coverage of the attack, Rana’s selfless act came to light. Recognizing his humanitarian deed, an NGO honored Rana with a reward of โน11,000, acknowledging his compassion and quick response during the emergency.
Expressing his gratitude, Saif Ali Khan arranged a personal meeting with Rana to thank him for his timely assistance. Photos capturing their interaction have been widely shared, highlighting the bond formed between the actor and the auto driver.
