Controversy Queen Kangana Ranaut applauds Sunny Deol for Gadar 2 and continue slamming others as usual
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is again in the news for discussing other projects and criticizing other big names in the industry indirectly. She used social media to give a glimpse of the gatherings outside theatres. As the two major projects Gadar 2 and OMG 2 released on 11/7/23. Both the movies are sequels to yesteryear hits. And the main leads are strong enough to give hard competition to each other.
As always she started with bad words first and said,”No Mafia politics, no brought reviews no fake propaganda no buying of tickets through bulk corporate bookings, no cartoon looking actors, proper manly hero and proper massy content.” This all was targeting her previous topics of Nepotism, Karan Johar and actors like Ranveer Singh.
In her praises for Gadar 2 the Dhaakad actress said,” Forget Holiday even if it was a solo release first day could easily be 65-70 cr…She further added,” But it’s not just the economic drought that’s getting over in the industry”. Pointing to the importance of the audience she also wrote,” But look at people happy to see cinema bring excitement and nationalism back in people’s lives…At last, she said, “Long live Tara Singh @iamsunnydeol.”
The Tanu weds Manu actress shared this video with a text embedded on the front of her Instagram stories. After three hours she again shared the same video that shows Sunny Deol sharing it on his Instagram account. Normally the Thalaivii actress is always ready to criticize others for bad practices in the industry and keep lecturing others to practice fair terms. But this time she is full of praise for our Jeet actor.
Gadar 2 team is working hard for a few days towards the promotions of the flick. They even relaunched Gadar with 4K view to generate a connection with the audience. Moreover, the entertainment industry is already going through a hard phase. And, heavy gatherings for any entertainer like a festival is actually no less than a moment of pride for the team and investors. In just a couple of days, this narrative sounds like an already hit.
Also, continues success of sequels and franchises is pushing the writer of the scripts to get innovative. Not only the national platform, but even regional industries are also as well influenced by the continuity of the story. Recently, Carry on Jatta 3 broke many records in the Pollywood industry and became the first Punjabi film to enter a 100-crore club. Hence, it’s a new trend that if a project wins the audience’s hearts it has a future.
As the movie released alongside OMG 2. That as well is a sequel to a super hit. And the topic of that movie as well surrounds national issues. Moreover, Akshay Kumar is the main lead of the flick. Hence, it is a tough competition between the stars and the projects. But if we compare both projects, Gadar 2 opened with 40 crores and OMG2 collected below 10 crores on day 1.
On the second day as well Akshay Kumar starer couldn’t see a big jump. But Tara Singh’s character is going strong in the market spreading the magic on Big screens. Further, it also brings back Ameesha Patel as Sakeena ( wife of Tara Singh). Even the story continues in the second part. And Jeeta’ s character as well is being played by the grown-up child artist of 2001.
This time Tara Singh fights for his son’s wife who is again from Pakistan and a Muslim. The story is already winning hearts and is about to recover all the invested money in the first week of its release.
Kangana Ranaut posted in favour of the project improving her industry relations and controversial image. But again in her post, she indirectly keeps targeting her contemporaries slamming them for malpractices in the world of showbiz. She has added these in her image and does not seem bothered with how others take it. But every time criticizing the industry you are working in as well is not good.
It is somehow generating hatred for the Queen of Bollywood. As an actor, she is not able to deliver a major hit since 2020. And her provocative nature is the talk of the town. Now the actress is awaiting three releases in the coming time. They include Chandramukhi 2, Tejas and Emergency. In all the upcoming projects she is the main lead But Emergency is her most awaited among all.
She will portray the character of former Prime Minister of India, Late Indira Gandhi. She is the producer of the project. And it is believed that she has invested whatever she earned all her life in this project.
