Pollywood stars Dev Kharoud and Ninja bring pride in Punjab De Sher vs. IRS Officers XI match in Celebrity Cricket League
In the lead-up to the celebrity cricket league, the teams of Punjab de Sher and IRS Officers XI clashed on the field just 2 days ago. Ultimately, the IRS Officers XI emerged victorious in an exhilarating match. Hailing from the winning side, Sh. Jaspreet Singh Virk, an assistant commissioner of police, was hailed as the standout performer, earning the title of Man of the Match.
Despite Punjab De Sher’s defeat, one of their players, Ninja, showcased remarkable batting prowess, notching an impressive 64 runs off just 32 balls. On the bowling front, Dev Kharaoud proved to be a standout performer, securing two wickets in a single over while conceding just one run.
For those Unaware Celebrity Cricket League ( CCL)brings celebrities from India to participate in India’s most loved game Cricket. They play in a T20 match. This initiative brings these celebrities together under one roof and there is also entertainment involved. Due to their committed work these high profile celebrities do not practice like real players. But when they are in the ground they do seriously play for their teams. There are 9 teams in total statewide. And Punjab De Sher team is at the Group stage.
