Renowned YouTuber and winner of BB OTT2, Elvish Yadav, finds himself embroiled in controversy as an FIR has been filed against him following a viral video depicting an altercation with YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern. The incident, captured on video, shows Elvish Yadav allegedly assaulting Sagar Thakur along with a group of 8-10 individuals.

The FIR against Elvish Yadav has been registered at the Sector 53 police station in Gurugram under sections 147, 149, 323, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), following the complaint filed by Sagar Thakur.

The altercation between Elvish Yadav and Sagar Thakur, captured on video and widely circulated on social media platforms, triggered outrage among viewers. Many users demanded police intervention against Elvish Yadav for his alleged involvement in the incident.

Sagar Thakur, in his complaint and subsequent social media posts, accused Elvish Yadav of instigating the assault. He shared footage of the incident, claiming that Elvish Yadav and his associates physically attacked him, threatened his life, and used abusive language during the altercation.

In response, Elvish Yadav said that he alleged that Sagar Thakur had threatened to harm his family, leading to a heated confrontation. He described the incident as a result of passionate emotions.

The incident occurred on March 8 at 12:30 PM, as reported by Sagar Thakur. Both parties have provided contrasting narratives of the events leading up to the altercation. A police investigation is underway to ascertain the facts and gather evidence related to the incident.
