Tragedy Strikes Iconic Film Location: Murder at Randhawa Paradise Bungalow of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani
The serene façade of the illustrious Randhawa Paradise, made famous by its appearance in Karan Johar’s blockbuster “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani,” was marred by a tragic incident. The sprawling property, a renowned setting in the film as the Randhawa family’s residence, became the site of a horrifying crime when a 55-year-old man was fatally shot during a wedding event on a Monday evening.
The victim, identified as Ashok Yadav, a respected resident of Sector 51 in Noida and the president of Sector 51 Block H residents’ welfare association, met a tragic end at the Gaur Mulberry Farmhouse in Greater Noida West. Moreover, the unsettling incident occurred around 9:30 pm and stemmed from a distressing altercation between Yadav and the alleged perpetrator, identified as Shekhar from Ghaziabad, who is the father-in-law of Yadav’s son.
Reportedly, the confrontation was rooted in the ongoing divorce proceedings between Yadav’s son and Shekhar’s daughter, leading to escalating tensions between the two families. Amidst the turmoil, Shekhar purportedly resorted to violence, fatally shooting Yadav twice in the head, creating a scene of chaos and panic at the wedding venue.
The unfortunate turn of events at this cinematic landmark immortalized on screen with characters portrayed by Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Aamir Bashi, among others, has left a sombre atmosphere and prompted shock among residents and fans of the iconic film location.
