Deepveer soon to be neighbors to Shahrukh-Gauri

Deepveer is gearing up to shift very near to Shahrukh-Gauri’s Mannat in their own new home.

Actress Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh fondlingly called Deepveer in tinsel town are on their way to construct a quadplex in Bandra, Mumbai. As per the reports, the couple has shortlisted a property for the same. Also, it is a sea-facing home that will span from the 16th floor to the 19th in a luxurious building. Additionally, the name of the building is Sagar Resham. And it stands in the area of Bandstand, Bandra Mumbai.

Also, it is considered the most expensive area of the metro city. Further reports suggest that the couple invested a huge amount of 119 crores to lock this property for their dream home. Moreover, they have also paid a big token of money as the stamp duty (about 7.13 crores of INR ) to get it registered in their names. The total floor area of the four floors is 11266 square feet. It will be a dream home for Deepveer. And they are taking full interest to build it as per their needs and choices.

The recent visit of the couple at the construction site declares their excitement about their new house. They both were quite serious and discussing tits and bits of the establishment. Probably they were guiding their contractor about the same. Additionally, Ranveer Singh’s parents as well accompanied them on the site. The proud parents must be on cloud nine seeing their son and daughter-in-law growing and succeeding in life.

Once the couple shifts here they will be close neighbors to actor and Don of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, and his family. Because Mannat Land’s end as well as in Bandstand Bandra. And Deepveer’s new home as well is getting constructed in the same area, Bandstand Bandra. hence Pathaan costar will soon be a neighbor to the main lead.

Shahrukh Khan owns a villa but Deepveer is going to own four floors in a tall building like a flat. It is not a separate villa or house. But the best part is that it is sea-facing. The inside details of the interiors are not out yet because the story hasn’t reached a point to discuss and focus on interiors. But Deepveer must be getting ready with their list of what to include and exclude. Once the basic infrastructure of the building is done then only then the couple will disclose the next step. Time will tell if they hire Gauri Khan to design the interiors of their Seventh Heaven.

On the work front

Deepika Padukone is at the top of the game in her career. She was last seen in Pathaan alongside Shahrukh Khan. It was a story based on an undercover agent named Pathaan on a mission to stop terrorist attacks against India. It also marked the comeback of the superstar Shahrukh Khan after 5 years long break. Deepika Padukone played an undercover cop from Pakistan just like Katrina Kaif played in the Tiger series.

Before Pathaan, Deepika Padukone’s web flick Gehrayiaan as well succeeded on OTT. She is awaiting two Big releases. The first one is Project K opposite Prabhas and Fighter opposite Hrithik Roshan. Both are big-budget and promising projects. And there is a likelihood that both the narrative will be the next blockbusters generating a hattrick for the heroine.

Ranveer Singh’s last release Cirkus made on a heavy budget of 150 crores failed to impress the audience at the box office. Now the actor is awaiting his next release Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Alia Bhatt. It is a romantic comedy. And apart from the leads senior actors Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan as well play pivotal roles in the story. Moreover, Alia Bhatt started the shoot of this narrative post marriage and it will also mark her comeback on the silver screen post her daughter Raha’s birth. For the unversed, Deepveer started dating each other while shooting for their together flick Goliyon ki Raasleela Ram-Leela in 2012. Ranveer Singh never shied away from expressing his love publicly for his sole mate. But the actress never confirmed it until she got married. After dating for 6 long years the couple finally tied the knot in Italy. Since then the couple is staying strong in their career path.

Even in the fifth year of their marriage, Ranveer Singh always appreciates and supports his wife as a true companion. But still, their break-up rumors keep making the headlines stating that all is not well in the Singh’s paradise. But the couple always shut all the rumors standing next to each other to support and cheer for celebrations.

When the couple visited their home construction site, all the rumors died to rest in peace and their togetherness reveals they are meant for each other forever and ever.
