Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Politician Raghav Chadha visit the Holy shrine Golden Temple before tying the knot.
In May this year, Bollywood celebrity Parineeti Chopra got engaged to her fiance and politician Raghav Chadha in a lavish style. Just as with any other celebrity occasion it was heavily covered on the media. Both of them belong to the public areas as they serve the audience of the nation in different ways. If Parineeti is a successful actress in Hindi cinema then Raghav Chadha as well is an inspiring politician and an important member of the Aam Aadmi Party.
Since they got engaged both of them have been visiting different places to finalize the venue. their frequent visits to different places given an idea that the date of marriage has been finalised. Today on 2nd July 2023 the couple visited Golden Temple to seek blessings of God in Amritsar.
The couple was accompanied by security personnel inside the venue. The Ishqzaade actress looked simple and elegant in an off-white palazzo suit. She carried an off-white plain dupatta with the suit to complete her traditional attire. As always the Aam Aadmi party politician and accountant Raghav Chadha was in a white kurta Pyjama. He completed his look with a full-ban sleeve-less jacket with the khadi base on top of his kurta.
While walking down the lane of parikrama ( Holy walk inside the temple) both were clicked and looked truly made for each other. The couple also offered some Seva in the langer hall of Golden Temple. Videos and pictures of the couple were shared on social media. Fans and followers liked and appreciated the couple’s visit. Some even found them truly down to earth.
For the unversed, the couple caught engaged in May this year. Also, the main engagement party was held in the Kapurthala house of the Aam Aadmi Party office in Delhi. There was an additional party for the Bollywood industry friends as the bride-to-be belongs to the Hindi cinema industry as an artist.
Additionally, Priyanka Chopra Jonas who is a first cousin to the actress Parineeti Chopra as well attended the function. She landed the day of the occasion in the country as she was busy promoting her own first Hollywood film, Love Again. Her daughter Marie Malti Jonas also accompanied her for the grand celebration of her Massi’s engagement.
But Hollywood Pop singer and husband of Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas gave it a miss. Probably, he was busy with his work schedule somewhere in the West.
Moreover, from Dulha’s side apart from his relatives, Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and CM of Punjab Bhagwant Singh Maan as well graced the occasion. After the engagement celebrations, the speaker of India as well congratulated the politician in Vidhan Sabha.
Additionally, these days the couple is very busy as they want to finalise something special as the venue for the main wedding celebration. As per the latest Bollywood news the couple is considering Rajasthan in the list. They even visited Jaipur together for the same.
On the work front, Actress Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Uunchai and Code Name Tiranga. Uunchai got released in November 2022. Further, it was a Box office success as the total output surpassed the total investment in the project. Apart from Parineeti other star cast in the narrative included Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher Bhooman Irani and Neena Gupta in the pivotal roles.
Code Name Tirangaa was a patriotic drama with Parineeti as the main lead. It was made of a reasonable budget of around 8 crores. But the project badly failed at the ticket window. And it generated almost 90 % losses for the makers in the flick. Hardy Sandhu played a pivotal role as the love interest of Parineeti’s character.
In the coming future, the Namaste England actress is awaiting two releases. The Great Indian Rescue and Chamkila are the names of the narratives.
Raghav Chadha is the uprising politician of the state. He is also a member of the Rajya Sabha since March 2022 for six years. Apart from this, he is also the chairman of the advisory committee of Punjab. He is also practising as a Chartered Accountant. He received fame and publicity as the youngest and most educated politician. And the admirers of AAP hope big from the rising star of the constituency in the coming years.
As per the rumours and the Bollywood news from the past the couple dated for a few months before finally getting engaged. every time the actress was spotted with the politician it gave rise to their rumoured relationship. But both preferred to keep silent and never admitted it officially until engaged.
