Raj Kundra is an NRI from the UK who shifted to India to marry Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and live a happily married life with her. Whilst Shilpa Shetty continued her Bollywood career. Raj started his own business in India. They are also the proud parents of two kids a son and a daughter.
A few months ago he was dragged in a case. where some websites showed wrong content related to P***graphy. Raj Kundra was found as the owner of those websites in the investigation. Completely unaware of her husband’s multiple businesses Shilpa Shetty was equally shocked and taken aback.
When Raj Kundra was jailed
Finally, he got arrested and was imprisoned for almost a month. After that, he came out on bail and sorted out his differences with his wife. Till then, netizens kept believing that Shilpa Shetty may not accept him back in her life. As that was the toughest face in the life of Shilpa Shetty when she was dragged to answer for her husband’s act.
Finally, after avoiding the media for a few days she came out confidently stating that she has no involvement in the businesses or websites that were found showing elicit content. Since then she avoids to answer any questions related to the matter. But Raj Kundra has completely changed his public behaviour. After getting out of jail he preferred to avoid the media.
Also, to avoid public eye contact and his public gestures he is using special face-covering masks. They are always covering his face completely keeping his identity under cover. But every time he comes with a new mask people start trolling him with the same blames. Now he wants to end all this and let the world know about his side of the story.
Sunjay Dutt case
He might be inspired by the Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt who was once almost declared a terrorist in a national Newspaper. But his fame, story and struggle were completely different. When people watched Sanju they came to know a completely different person who was definitely not a terrorist. Sanjay Dutt didn’t completely whitewash his image and accepted his mistakes openly in the film.
But Raj Kundra is just a businessman who married a Bollywood actress. His story, fame and struggle do not stand in front of actors like Sanjay Datt. Even then, if he still wants to tell the world it is his money. He can always invest and get a good actor to act on his behalf. Only time will tell if he will get rid of his face masks after that.
Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty is going strong in her career. She is awaiting her upcoming movie Sukhee. She plays an irritated homemaker in the story who walks out of the house to live her dreams. It is a women-centric comedy drama. Shilpa plays the main titular role.
