Sana Sultan takes centre stage as the leading lady in the video. She portrays Karan Aujla’s reel-life love interest. While groups of junior artists complement the narrative, forming their entourage. While the song brings forth a fusion attempt, it lacks a distinct essence. Further, the music doesn’t distinctly belong to the upbeat Bhangra genre or the rap-infused Western world, resulting in a blend that fails to strike the desired chord. Additionally, the predominantly nocturnal shots lend a somewhat sombre ambience to the video, potentially detracting from the overall vibe.
Furthermore, the lyrics, revolving around a retired gangster turned peace lover, fall into the realm of average, lacking that iconic attention-grabbing line. The composition fails to etch a lasting impact that would set it apart in the competitive music industry.
As the song unfolds its musical journey, it remains to be seen how “Ok Report” fares and whether it gains momentum, ultimately benefiting the team behind this endeavour.
