Gadar 2 success pushes investors to evaluate major hits of Sunny Deol

Gadar 2 turns into a Blockbuster, Makers are producers considering past hits of actor Sunny Deol to make another sequel as the entertainer trends back

Sunny Deol starer Gadar 2 turns a blockbuster bringing the magic of his fight back in trend. Sunny Deol aka Tara Singh of the Gadar series is a 90s superstar who gave major hits and contributed to the growth of Indian cinema as an onscreen fighter. His career span is more than 4 decades long. All his career the Apne actor worked as the main lead. Since his debut film Betaab, the Punjabi actor is known for his rough, tough looks and fighter image on big screens.

Gadar: Ek Prem Katha was one of the blockbusters of the Jeet actor 20 years ago. But the Maa Tujhe Salaam actor struggled to get a superhit or blockbuster in the last few years. Investors of Gadar made a sequel to continue with the same roles. Ameesha Patel was the main lead in the first part. The makers did not replace her even though her stardom was almost over. Investors were sure that their togetherness could again make some magic. Moreover, the boy who acted as Jeeta in the 2003 superhit continued his role as a grown-up son.

The film brings back the magic of Tara Singh and Sakeena on the big screen. Many recommended the Ghayal actor should avoid the sequel. But he risked repeating a superhit character. The audience and fans of Tara Singh accepted them beyond expectations. It turned out to be a full entertainer. Now he is one of the trending actors everywhere. His other hits are also getting discussed on Social Media.

Now the makers of his historic blockbusters from the past are considering sequels. As per the close reports, the discussions with the team are going on. But the actor is very cautious and will only take a strong project with a good story. The list includes films like Gayal, Damini, Ghatak, Border and Yamla Pagla Deewana series. These are all the blockbusters of the actor that may get converted into a series or franchise. 

Gadar 2 turning into a blockbuster brings hope to the makers of the industry that stars from the 90s are more safe compared to the young strugglers in the industry. Not only Sunny Deol, but other superstars and big hits from the past are into consideration. Moreover, franchise chapters have been trending high for the last few years. They come with dual benefits. Publicity gets an easy boost as it is already a part of a big hit. Next, it is easy to connect the audience with the story. Hence, movies like the Tiger series, Dhoom Series, Krrish Series etc. are continuously winning over the audience.

Also, Gadar 3 might be on the cards in the coming future. If the second part was widely accepted then there would be a demand and love for the story in the market of entertainment. Moreover, the first part of the film dates back to the times of partition and the second part is plotted well to connect with the disturbances of 1971. There were some more disturbances between the countries that can be connected fictionally to the third and fourth chapters.

Blackia 2 is a sequel to the Blackia Punjabi movie that was released in 2019. It starred Dev Kharaoud as the main lead with Ahana Dhillon as his love interest. Apart from Dev Kharaoud, Japji Khaira, Arushi Sharma, Shavinder Mahal, Lucky Dhaliwal, Yaad Grewal and Samuel John will portray important roles in the story.
